Prenatal yoga places emphasis on pregnancy and childbirth. This empowering, soothing class encourages deeper mind-body connection during this pivotal time in a mama's life. Offering a gentle, fluid & strong practice, prenatal yoga is perfect for all stages of maternity.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps & yoga balls are provided. You are welcome to bring any additional props you desire.
Please bring water to hydrate and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Maternity clothing is wonderful for practice, allowing for ease and comfort as you move.
